    • LigTel will provide a bill credit of up to $250 for early termination fees from your previous provider.
    • The credit will be applied once the new LigTel service is activated and the customer submits a final bill showing the early termination fee.
  • Submission Process:
    • After signing up, customers have 60 days to send a copy of their final bill from their previous provider, showing the early termination fee.
    • The bill can be submitted online, by mail, or in person at our office.
  • Account Standing:
    • Customers should be in good standing with their previous provider when submitting the final bill. While this does not disqualify you from the offer, it’s important to clear any outstanding balances to avoid complications with your previous provider.
  • Limitations:
    • Offer is valid only on residential fiber optic plans and excludes business accounts.
