REFER A FRIEND

No, in order to refer someone, you need to have an email on file with LigTel. You can set one up by calling (260)894-7161.

The Refer a Friend program allows you to refer friends and family to LigTel’s services using your unique referral code. When your referred friend signs up for LigTel services and mentions your code, they’ll receive a $25 discount on their first bill. Once your friend is installed and billed, you’ll also receive a $25 credit on your next bill as a token of our appreciation.

There’s no limit! You can refer as many friends and family members as you’d like and earn rewards for each successful referral.

Your unique referral code will be provided to you via email or through SmartHub if you opted in to receive notifications. Look out for an email with your code, or log in to your account to access it.

Once your referred friend is installed and billed for LigTel services, you’ll automatically receive a $25 credit on your next bill.

No, each person can only be referred by one unique referral code. While you can share your referral code with as many people as you’d like, each person you refer can only use the code once. This ensures fairness and prevents duplication of referrals.

The Refer a Friend program is designed for customers who currently don’t have LigTel’s fiber services. They can be an existing LigTel customer, just not have fiber services on their account. For example, if they have our VOIP Telephone service, but not internet, they still qualify for the $25 credit.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but unfortunately, only Active customers who have been installed can participate. Once you’re installed, you’ll receive your unique referral code! Then you can refer a friend.

An active LigTel customer can only refer a friend who can sign up for our service now. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those patiently waiting for their section to open. Once your section opens, you can use your friends code.

  • Referral Code Usage:
    • Referral codes can be shared with multiple people but can only be used once per referred customer.
    • Referral codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Referral Rewards:
    • Existing customers will receive a $25 credit on their account for each successful referral. A successful referral means the person they referred gets installed and their first bill was issued.
    • Referred customers will receive a $25 discount on their first bill after installation.
  • Multiple Referrals:
    • Customers can refer as many people as they want, but each referred customer can only use one unique referral code.
    • Referred customers can only use one referral code when signing up for LigTel services.
  • Customer Responsibilities:
    • Customers need to have an email on file with LigTel to participate in the “Refer a Friend” campaign.
    • It is the responsibility of the referring customer to ensure that their referred friends or family members mention the referral code provided to them.
  • Referral Time Limit:
    • Referrals must be made within 30 days of the referred customer’s installation date to qualify for the referral rewards.
  • Modification of Program:
    • LigTel reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • General Terms:
    • LigTel reserves the right to disqualify any referral or revoke any referral rewards if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the referral program is being abused or manipulated.
    • By participating in the referral program, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
